My wife and I visited this store for the first time on Saturday and truly had the best experience. Ryan helped us to find Christmas gifts for our daughter and was one of the most friendly and joyful people I have ever come in contact with, after dealing with rude mall employees all day he really was a breath of fresh air and left a smile on our faces. The store was extremely organized and clean, and the merchandise was high quality and very fairly priced.

I love this store! The staff is very friendly! The clothing selection is absolutely wonderful. I believe it was a manager there named Dee (I should’ve gotten the proper spelling of his name) however he was very helpful with helping me to find interesting clothing; I actually purchased a shirt that he brought to my attention—which I LOVE this colorful patterned shirt. What I will never forget is his offer to walk me to my car because I had a strange man that had followed me through the mall. That was such a kind act. I sure hope Earthbound understands they have a great team member… one that truly cares for people—-that’s true customer service! #customerforever

I came here with my partner and we are quite obviously part of the lgbtq community and one of the workers would not stop giving us the dirtiest look! I am surprised and ashamed that a store for hippies could have such horrible workers, He is lucky I did not get his name but i hope this does not happen to anyone else. We were not being disturbing either he just kept looking at us like we were disgusting and he seemed to have whispered something under his breath. I feel very discriminated against and will not be shopping here ever again. Which is a shame because i truly did like this store but if you cannot hire decent people then I will not be a customer here.

This is the best store in the mall! The guy working walked around told us about everything, made it so much fun for our tween group of girls! Everything is unique and reasonably priced as well!

This place is exceptionally cute. Calling all those tapped into a realm beyond the matrix. Here you'll find everything from dream weavers to incense to crystals to himalayan salt lamps to candles to journals to tarot cards to singing bowls to crystal jewelry to anything paranormal. It's ALL here! Anything to help you tap in, you can buy it right here at Earthbound. You are no longer earth bound. What I love, love, love about this place is how affordable it is. I know many of the prices of these things on platforms like Amazon and Earthbound is comparable, if not less. They are NOT more expensive than Amazon. I was impressed by that. Most brick-n-mortar stores double Amazon's pricing, but not Earthbound, so it really is beneficial to come here versus ordering what you need online. You get what you need NOW at the same low price. Now for location: They are located off of the Off Saks entrance near Costco. They are next to Crocs. Service: I wish all retail stores had nice folks like those in this store. The young lady working the day I arrived checked in with me multiple times, but not so much where it was annoying. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. She even demonstrated how to use the singing bowl when she saw me struggling with it. All in all, I totally recommend this place. They even have a large selection of clothing from tshirts to wraps you wear on vacation (bathing suit cover-ups) to caps and everything in between. Go pay them a visit and tell them I sent you!
