I've been in support of this business since it opened. Over 21k lifetime points. Never thought they would steal from their loyal customers. They have a deal that says 25% off your second item. So I purchased 2 items a 7.0g (of the same flower) and a pen. According to what my order reads. I purchaded (2) items. They rang it up at 3 item and said 7.0g counted as 2 items. Meanwhile 7.0g is not sold in one container and 7.0g is a selection and registered in the order as 1 item and the pen the second item. Yet only discount for one 3.5g of my order???? Then to top it off there was no manager in shop to talk to and to help identify and fix the issue. Not a good look. This is theft to the unsuspecting due to unclear communication in the advertisement. Good thing I checked my receipt. 26 years as an corporate advertising expert, and know what false advertising is. Who knows how many people have been stiffed due to this "honest mistake". This is really disappointing because I root for small businesses and support Jennys over Jade and my reciepts prove it. Overall the staff has been very nice and helpful, but this is a business mistake not the mistake of the employees. The employees do their jobs well and are very polite.

The Guy that works the drive through at 10:00pm on Wednesdays should be fired immediately. This guy is so extremely rude and has an attitude every time I come to the drive-thru. If management can see this review, I challenge you to check the cameras at 10:00pm tonight and see how your employee treats your local customers. Horrible experience but it’s only with the night time window dude/ doorman.

This is an incredible place to shop. This location is clean and organized, and the service is excellent. Front desk staff member(forgot her name), was courteous and kind. However, the real star of the shop was Alon. Alon was incredibly pleasant to speak with. Alon knows his stuff and gave me some great recommendations. You can clearly tell, Alon is PASSIONATE about what he does. Alon deserves all the raises and promotions that Jenny's dispensary can offer because he is that good. I would strongly recommend this location. GREAT JOB, ALON!

First time shopping here & found all of their staff to be friendly & helpful. Explained to Chris what type of product we were looking for & he guided us to several options. Took advantage of their first-time customer 15% discount & noted they also offer several "discount" promotions during the week. A big plus, they also accept credit & debit cards.

I've been here four times and I've had two bad experiences. My favorite place in ZenLeaf I usually get what I pay for. I only go here because it's walking distance and I can't drive. I might try them one more time and see what happens. I'll let you guys know. If next I'll be taking the bus to ZenLeaf.
