Best smoke shop in town been going here 2 years to get my vapes very friendly staff!!

Excellent service. They really care about getting their customers to keep coming back. I have gone out of my way after moving just to stop in.

Sale person was extremely rude. Asking questions on products and she had no knowledge. I asked for a product that was on the top shelf and she complained about having to get a step stool to reach it for me to see the instructions. I ended up not buying everything I came to purchase.

This place was cool when the female was there. But without her, everything has a different price depending on which guy you're talking to. I brought my business partner with me this last visit to buy a few vapes and I was letting her pick the flavors. She doesnt vape but she likes the different scents and flavors. At checkout the guy ringing it up wanted to sign my partner up for buy 10 vapes get 1 free club, and she told him the vapes were for me and I was already signed up. He refused to give me the credit for the vapes because she was the one swiping the check card. Not that it is any of their business, but the card she swiped was issued to her as an authorized person on one of my accounts and the money used to pay for the transaction is mine. So regardless of who physically swiped the card, the transaction was mine as its being paid from my account. My partner, (who again, doesn't vape) asked how many vapes I have bought from them in last 90 days and I went through and counted more than 15. Odd that I never got a free or discounted anything. The solution is I'm just never returning and I'm going to stop promoting them to friends and clients.

Purchased the Pacha berry skittles last night, and thankfully when I went to Ella ems to continue to wait on my food I checked it and it didn’t work. So I went back and he gave me a free charger and he said po I was just closing. So boom I go pick up my food I’m trying to charge it no light is lighting up nothing is happening. So I will be back later to just get a refund cause I’m so annoyed. And I hope they can accommodate me cause for one I already expressed last night this was my first time buying one cause I prefer blunts and now look I couldn’t even user I could’ve just went and picked up thinking I was making it easier on myself. So I’ll update when they open at 10 and I go back. Cause no….. Update gave me a new one that works. Gave back the charger and old one.
