First of all, the staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. I started going here about a year ago and I frequent the place every few weeks. They make sure the products I get work before I leave the store every time. Highly recommend them!

Beverly Smoke Shop is great! They always have everything you need and more. Service is always good. Everyone is very nice and helpful! Love to go in there, they always have unique and fun pieces to add to my collection! I see some negative reviews regarding vape products. These are manufactured elsewhere and most times you need to deal with the manufacture. I have purchased many glass pieces when the store first opened and still use them today!

Bought this vape on Friday took it back twice thing does not work will not give me my refund back pay $95 for all of it. I am calling the better business bureau and channel consumer report. It was on my credit card I will be taken out. I put my bank tomorrow morning I refuse. I wouldn’t buy anything out of that store the crooks.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchases I’ve made here over the last couple weeks, picked up the piece in the picture yesterday and it’s immaculate. If you’re a smoker this place is for you, the owner and all the employees will give it to you straight up and refuse to try and get you to buy something just for their own profits. To summarize, amazing shop with original pieces, beautiful prices and a make yourself at home attitude
