Very friendly worker and helpful, found a good product to build more muscle

I didn’t catch the employees name.. no greeting, no offering to help (I didn’t need it either way), was on the phone the whole time. I quickly grabbed the product and waited at the checkout. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Before scanning the product the employee looked me up and down, condescendingly asked if I was looking to build muscle after looking at the product. Asked my number 4 times... first time he didn’t put it in he just stared at me. Second time he put it in and somehow messed up and I had to continue to repeat myself. Afterwards I quickly paid and left. I have never felt so uncomfortable and offended. I don’t know if he was high or was sick with COVID, as he was breathing and speaking slowly. Idgaf I was there 30 mins ago.

Excellent service from Ken. Very Helpful and knowledgeable. I patronized one of their competitors quite frequently... and did get the level of service that I got at GNC. The Southfield Plaza Location. I will be a returning customer.

Chris, the store associate was such a breath of fresh air. Made my transaction smooth, easy and above all personable. He informed me on benefits concerning memberships and wasn’t pushy at all, seemed like he just wanted to look out. He needs recognition for his expertise in his area. More retail employees need to act like this gentlemen.
