At this point I would give this place no stars if it was possible. I picked up a cartridge on the 9th, returned it on the 10th no problems. That was a good experience. However the replacement Cart of the same brand stopped working and then leaked half the cart over night. I tried to return it this morning and out of 3 employees not one of them knows how to do a return. Now I have to come back tomorrow to try and return my very defective cartridge. I was told I need to buy another one or wait till tomorrow for a resolution. Poor customer service today. 😡🤬

I have shopped around the west side and I will say this is probably the nicest staff in Budtending. They want to be there rain, shine, holiday, or broken limb. "Sometimes" I can find cheaper, but they are fair if not good, and every time I leave this store I'm glad they got my money. I'd like to see fem seeds and Eyce Silicone. This is a small-medium store done very right. The selection has always been pretty good.

Always enjoy going here every time, staff is always extremely knowledgeable and there suggestions hit the nail on the head every time

So here we are nice and icey out and people that have a brain know how to use their chains and drive in snow and ice, even with freezing rain on the way y'all should still be open till you're closing time. There's no way with all of you who work there you can't tell me at that there is not at least one of you that knows how to use the chains for your vehicles and if you don't I think there's a thing we have nowadays called You Tube but so glad people can walk down there in the freezing weather to get stuff just for you guys to be closed thank you so much for that
