First time here. I always start out with smaller amounts to check the quality and how they are going to treat you. My 3 strains of 1-2 grams were mostly shake and what little actual bud I got looked like it had been butchered. Not to mention I ordered online and there was no separate pickup line so I had to wait behind 4 others browsing the counters. Not going back

And to the response that I was ushered in front of other customers (plural), no it was just one after the remaining 2 of us were asked collectively what we were there for. And “visibly frustrated” probably just translates to extremely tired for me after working all night and just getting off work. I was exhausted and did not inspect the bud, but honestly I haven’t had to in so long from so many places doing things right, I forgot there might be a need to. It’s sad that this place reminded me it is at times needed
