Lovely staff, excellent products, locally owned and should definitely give them a shot. As the owner of speedy janes I’ve never looked at Western Oregon Dispensary in any way other than our Neighbor! We have one major thing in common, and that’s the Love, passion, and excitement for Cannabis. I hope business has been great and hope you guys finish off with a magnificent year. Western has a much different variety of products with hard to compete deals which I believe customers enjoy the change and variety at times I’ve personally sent customers to your dispensary in regards of products I no longer had or carry anymore and don’t look at you guys as competitors but as our allies for the people to genuinely help them find what they are looking for. We’ve never truly crossed paths but hopefully this shows our intentions in the most positive and heartwarming way! - Chad

Messes up online orders and won’t fix their own mistake if past the 24 hour mark!! I ordered a cart and received the wrong one despite the product I wanted being in stock. Doesn’t matter if you have the product unopened and receipt in hand. Some people have jobs that don’t allow them to get back to the dispo within 24 hours! Makes sense for regular returns, but for an unopened product that your employees messed up on?!

Almost every time I go to this store, the menu is up, staff are friendly and the choice is good. I recently purchased some clones because I purchased my clones there last year and my husband and I were very pleased with our crop!!

I sadly gave one star due to my new cartridge I purchased as it was defective. The next morning I noticed as I was inhaling, the liquid inside started to draw out as it was leaking in my mouth. As I pulled it away from my lips to see what was going on, the liquid was coming all out it. I had to go to work that morning and the dispensary was closed after I got off. So on day three I brought it in to exchange. Love the customer service here and their team but they felt terrible as their owner, her policy is only within 24 hours which I have NEVER experienced with at dispensary ever. And they unfortunately couldn’t help me with an exchange as they would get in trouble for making an exception. They should inform their customers going forward to urgently bring their cartridges back before they close the day of day. But again the problem didn’t start happening till I realized it the next morning, so I encourage to not purchase any cartridges from this dispensary as they don’t allow enough time, hours to go by for you to use and try out the product they sell to see if it’s defective or not. Again great service but horrible ownership not allowing their employees to help customer issues that were sold and trusted by their own store and product. Also there is no way to contact the owner to see what she could do to make it right. I didn’t feel good leaving the store and I know the employees felt the same. I’ll continue to get my gummies here but I’ll never purchase cartridges again from here sadly.

This dispensary is amazing I got 2 clones today one saliva and one hybrid. They have very reasonable prices and I even bought 2 bomb joints
