I inquired about their current sales, and when I mentioned that the prices were a bit out of my range, he proactively asked for my budget. I told him I was looking to spend around $20, and he quickly found a product that was both affordable and exactly what I needed. His attentiveness and willingness to help without any hesitation truly stood out to me.

This was my second visit to Fire and Frost, and both times, the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The variety of products they offer is impressive, and the quality is top-notch.
