We always stop by this pet shop when we run low on dog and cat treats. You can get bulk dog biscuits for very cheap too. Everyone is really nice here, and they even carry specialty dog food brands that aren't sold online! We love getting new treats for our animals to try at home.

Very very friendly staff that will get to know you and your pup by name even if you're going in just once a month for a bag of food. They're very helpful on food recommendations and carry a nice selection. Skip the big box pet stores and give this place a chance!

Wow!! Amazing staff and products. The selection is amazing, high quality and everything you need for your furry best friends. My first time in and I was amazed, the staff were so friendly and kind and caring. I recently adopted a kitten and they were so compassionate and gave me a care package for her. I can’t express how great my experience was and I moved up to Vancouver not long ago so this will be my go to. All around felt the love and care they put into their business. 10/10!!

Natural Pet NW is amazing. We've been coming here for years because they appear to be family-owned, and everyone there has been wonderful. They've always been so helpful and kind. Yesterday, we stopped in with a dog we just rescued, and they gave us an amazing care package due to their adoption program. We were blown away by their generosity. I just wanted to give them the recognition they so deserve.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a dog with allergies and she was very helpful in finding a good treat for my girl to chew on. There's plenty of toys, food and treats to choose from. Looks like a good selection of dog beds and jackets as well. I also was given a couple samples of a dog food the sell in store for my moms dog. Will definitely be back when I'm in need of more dog items
