This Dixie Highway location has a disrespectful and rude manager. My daughter purchased a candle for me that was strong in perfume and it gave me a headache. I wanted to exchange it for a milder scent. ( did have a problem with paying the difference if there was one.) The associate showed the candle to the manager which has over half the wax unmelted & the manager refused to look at it. Lied to my face and said that the return policy has been changed. To add insult she called security to the store. Thankfully he didn’t say anything to me, instead he stood watching me while another sales representative was writing down a customer care number for me to call because she said that the manager was wrong. I will never purchase anything again from this company. Terrible customer service. Kroger has a better line of candles that have more wax, safer products and cost less. SHAME ON YOU BATH & BODY WORKS you treat your customers terrible.

My smell good, go to place. The wonderful aroma hits your senses before you get to the doors. Once inside, it's hard to leave without something that will put a smile on your face and have you smelling fabulous! So many products to choose from. Treat your senses and yourself today. Also, makes great gifts!

Excellent customer service! Went to see what seasonal candles they had a couple of months ago. I was looking for a peach scent but instead I purchased these White Barn sugared lemon zest. Should have bought more, these candles are amazing!

The staff are so very helpful! Kevin and one of the young ladies helped me find new and wonderful scents! The NEW layout is a dreamscape of color, scents and so much variety you could get lost in shopping! Highly recommend a stop in at the Dixie location! Right between Ross and the (upcoming) five below. I could spend all day here!!!

Great sales people. Having a big sale today, asked one of the sales person if they had a scent was looking for. She went and found it...and I went and bought it. 5 sprays and a body wash. My total today was $142, with the sale priced items...I spent $46. Woo hoo...
