Guy was very rude. We showed him the cartridge we already had and he sold us a vape that he said would fit and as soon as we leave and get it opened, find out no the cartridge we had doesn't fit so we go back and he says he won't refund us or let us swap to get a vape that would actually work so now we have a cartridge and a vape that don't match and him being okay wasting our time and money is just very unprofessional

Dead set on ripping people off in the most polite way possible. Won’t refund defective disposables, won’t refund when they accidentally charge you for things you didn’t buy. And will lie and tell you they keep coils for a mod strictly so you buy it and get scammed

Customer service is good as far as manners but they will not refund you for defective items (disposable was leaking and I never used it) tried to return it the next day and they said no. They also won’t return you your money when they accidentally ring up an item and you already paid for you. “It’s store policy” even though the employee rung extra items on accident, that means I should pay for it? No return policy on defective items that I spent my money on is unacceptable as well as being forced to take home an item I didn’t want to because of the mistake of an employee.

They always have what I'm looking for and staff is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend 😁

i shop here all the time, almost every week and last night i had the worst experience of my life. the guy working closed 20 minutes early and i knocked on the door and he yelled at me at the top of his lungs. i have never ever been so disrespected and treated this way in a business and i will never be back.
