Getting customer service was like pulling teeth... I felt like I had to walk the clerk through the process of how to make a sale. They get 2 stars because once I got him talking, he was helpful, but it took a lot of effort on my part to get to that point. On a related note, they want way too much money for their Kanthal wire. Will not be returning.

I love this place to death! They have great prices and great service. I often know exactly what I'm going to buy when I walk in, but if I'm curious about another product the staff there is very quick to provide solid accurate information about the product in question.

If you love support family owned businesses, make sure to stop by here. Between the amazing selection, prices, and owners they have always gone over and beyond! I have never had a bad interaction and have learned so much about different products!!
