At the owings mills location. Andre gave me excellent service! He spent a lot of time with me. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The store is lucky to have him. When I come back, I would enjoy having him help me!

Just received the poorest service ever. They act like they didn’t want to be there working. I am asking about different vitamins the you lady just very disconnected. I will not go to the vitamin shop in owings mills again. GNC here I come

At my initial walk in no one spoke to me then once I was half way through the store the clerk ( Tina ?) made rude and degrading comments towards me under her breath, I had to leave the store I felt so uncomfortable and I wonder how many other sales were lost due to her comments and unprofessionalism - an apology is needed

Young lady at desk gave terrible customer service. Asked her where a product was and she pointed vaguely to the wall and described a section as if I was suppose to know where that was. Went back over to the desk and asked the young man and he came, walked me over to the section and answered all my questions. Word of advice: yall should hire people that actually want to help customers, not those that just need a job.
