Great place! A friend and I recently stopped by here because they are open late. We were pleasntly surprised!! The staff is awesome especially Katie. She was very knowledgeable about CBD and all its uses and showed us some fantastic products and answered all our questions!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I will be coming back soon

I am still waiting for order# 47801, placed on May 23, 2023 to be sent to me. I made several phone calls and texts between the order date and July 26, 2023 and recieved responses that they were waiting for the product to come into stock, I was fine and understanding of this. The following texts I sent on September 5, 2023, October 26, 2023, & November 1, 2023 along with several phone calls have gone unanswered. Service and communication was very good prior to this. I would like nothing more than for this purchase to be fullfilled with the understanding that it was an oversight and perhaps continue a good business relationship, or refund me the money that was taken for the purchase and let me be on my way.

Today is 12/22/2022. I came into the store looking for the "In Tucker. We trust" shirts. I was told they do custom printing which was awesome. All I had to do was pick out my shirt. I'm a construction worker. I was dressed as such. The two women working never asked me what size I was looking for. Just said they had blank shirts over there (pointing to a rack in the store). The shirts are so packed on the rack, If you remove one, you remove 10. This shirt isn't worth the frustration to me. I even commented to the girls that it seemed easier to pick the shirt out online. Then I thank them for being so helpful ( not really) and told them that I will not be making a purchase today. This close to the holidays you would think customer service and trying to get a sale would be top of the list. But it goes to show you being an in-store customer doesn't count for anything anymore. Especially at establishments like this.

I'd give no stars if I could. I placed an order back in JULY and still haven't received it. I'm patient, but 4 months is ridiculous, especially considering this place is less than an hour from me. Initially, I was told that my items were out of stock so the order would be a little bit delayed...okay, no biggie, so I waited a few weeks. Then just nothing. I've sent emails, I've sent texts, I've tried calling easily 50 times. I got lucky enough to have a nice woman pick up a few weeks ago from RavenZone, she explained that there were some emergency situations on their end with the owner that caused a lot of backup with orders. I was assured that I'd get a callback from someone on their end regarding my order but nobody ever followed up with me (shocking, I know). Their number now doesn't even ring, nobody EVER picks up when you call alternate numbers, not a peep back from any of the emails I've sent and these folks have essentially robbed me. Businesses do not operate this way, even when things go sideways, so if you're not able to fulfill your clienteles' orders and you aren't even willing to communicate with paying customers, just close your doors and never look back. Clearly that's where this is headed, anyways. Guess I will be disputing this transaction so I can get my money back since they don't want to give me what I paid for.

Going downhill quick. Read most recent Google reviews. No one picks up the phone and when you drive 20 minutes to get there they are closed at 3:45 p.m. on a thursday. When I was there 3 other sets of customers also showed up and were disappointed that they were closed as well. I posted pictures to prove it because I saw the owner lied when someone else said they were closed during open hours also.
