Such an amazing dispensary!! They are all very kind and knowledgeable here. I appreciate the veterans discount and punch cards to save money. Sarah ( in the store side ) is always so helpful and kind. I’ll keep coming back and recommending this dispensary to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!!

Second time at this location. The waiting times are ridiculous. They just keep waving in people in front of you that got there way after. You can stand there indefinitely if a new person comes in that pre ordered online. What’s the point of having 2 lines you’re just going to prioritize one over the other. I could pre order in the parking lot and get out faster than a regular customer trying to come in for the first time. Also the staff behind the counter act like zombies. They get animated when they are selling to you, but they have a hard time saying hi. It doesn’t feel welcoming. After reading multiple reviews it seems like this is a common trend at this facility. Rude staff and the owner is just full of excuses. Your policy about keeping my ID on the counter after you looked at it is STUPID. We have a 4th amendment right to keep our documents private so if I want to put it away after displaying it to you. I should be able to exercise that right without being harassed that I need to leave it out. I wonder how fast you will change your policy when you get sued for 4th amendment violations. This is the only dispensary I’ve seen do this. I would rather drive 50 minutes to Enlightened than to give this business my money. Enlightened gives you a better experience and they have half the facility that chescanna has.

Great shop, just passing through on a road trip and everyone was very helpful. The gentleman that helped us recommended a beautiful strain and really eased the process for us.

I love the open and friendly feel of the different areas, especially that there is a separate area for accessories that i can browse at my leisure, without feeling anxiety that I'm holding up a spot for someone else trying to decide what if I want a hemp or rice cones. My Budtender Amanda was super helpful, she put me at ease right away and answered all my questions.

Always super friendly staff, I enjoy shopping here a lot. Mike, Smiley, Robin; and Sarah in the wellness shop always make my day better. They have great products and are always very helpful. Decent deals on flower and buy 2 get 1 on dabs is great for medical. Yesterday, i was experiencing some panic at not having the correct payment method available, and they held the bag til today for me, which was very thoughtful. All in all, its a great dispensary with friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable staff.
