Good Customer service is so rare these days and the woman who helped me here was so nice and very helpful. The shop is also the cleanest and most organized smoke shop I've ever been in so it was easy to find what I needed. I visit smoke shops in every city i go to to compare hookah supplies. I'll definitely be back to this one.

Back to back defective pieces, one leaked water and the other wouldn’t accept the hitter pc, I strongly recommend you go to any number of the other ones right there on Harford road, there’s half a dozen before 695… if you do buy here check all the connections, I feel like they put stickers there to make it seem like it fit but it was very deceptive.
