This was by far my best experience at a smoke shop and I’ve been to many! My fiancé and I were in the area and decided to stop by and check the place out. The selection was amazing and all quality glass! I scooped up a beautiful Avery Yorkk spinner cap and he hooked me up with a mood mat on top of that for free! Will be taking the hour drive to return for all my glass needs for sure!

Great shop!! Friendly and helpful staff, they answer dm's which is very helpful when on the hunt. Superb high end selection of glass. They have just about everything you would need. Will definitely return! I highly recommend checking out grn house smoke shop if you're looking for a great piece

Went in yesterday and purchased a beautiful piece. When I got home however, I realized the clamp wasn’t on it anymore. I called the store and Jacob was very apologetic and explained I could pick it up the following day. Today’s experience was terrible!!!!!!!! The gentleman in the shop (not Jacob) gave me a hard time picking up the piece. When I explained he attempted to make me seem crazy and asked for my receipt. I was then told that what I purchased did not come with a clamp. He then tried the clamp on the same model I purchased In store (that already had the same exact clamp on it) and it fit but didn’t want to own up to the fact that what I said was correct. I WILL NOT SPEND ANYMORE MONEY HERE!

Recently participated in an online drop and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I recieved. Matt was more than helpful in arranging payment and helping me through a couple issues I had on my end with the purchase. Communication was prompt and professional. Will definitely keep these guys on my list for repeat business.

Best smoke shop out there locally, and top 3 for me nationally for sure! Long time glass collector and part of the community…. these guys know what they’re talking about, handled everything flawlessly and quickly, and got me hooked up with a fire new a Wicked piece within 5 days! Even threw in hella extra goodies and swag. Arrived at my door in Texas without a single issue ,all after taking the time to sit with me via instagram and send me picture after picture to find what I wanted. Show whoever runs that instagram some love because they’re killer at their job! Thanks again Greenhouse!
