Never had a bad experience. Bowls are always good and fresh. The staff is always welcoming. I’m happy to be a patron.

1215 Global Health and Wellness popped up on my Instagram when I was looking for Black owned businesses in Baltimore and I added them to my list of places to try. Thankfully, I was able to give them a visit today and I'm so glad I did! Once I came in, I was greeted and directed to the menu. There's a TON of options here, and they all looked so good! Lee nicely and quickly talked me through the three options I was hung up on (the Banana Pudding, the Shrek, and the Poet) and I ended up selecting the small Poet bowl with almond butter granola and the Chef's Special juice (apple, ginger, mint, and pineapple). At just under $15 for a bowl and a juice, this place definitely gives you great bang for your buck! In the past, I haven't been too thrilled by smoothie bowls. However, THIS ONE RIGHT HERE was so GOOD! It was super refreshing on a humid day and had an excellent flavor profile, plus the fruit was so fresh! I cracked open the juice on my drive home and it was perfect--I am a ginger fan and this baby had a nice kick of ginger! With it being a short drive from Towson, I've definitely found my favorite juice and smoothie place in Baltimore--see you later Plant Bar and Pure Raw. If you're looking for a new wellness shop to try, run on over to 1215 Global Health and Wellness! Side note, there's free street parking available directly in front of the shop and on the street to the left of the shop.

Just finished drinking "Dove Juice" - excellent! First visit occurred this past Saturday. The owner was very informative and kind! Superior service! Definitely will be placing future orders as I continue my quest to eat healthier!

Very pleased by the service. We were greeted with Such style and grace. We stated it was my daughter and i 1st time and wasn’t sure what to get. the hostess was very professional and knowledgeable of the products she made ordering a breeze. Great selections to choose from, there’s something for everyone, and the prices are amazing. Overall I’m glad we tried it the bowls were on point and the juice was amazing . This has officially become my go to spot.

I had the Raven bowl from Global Health and Wellness and it was delicious. Very fresh and filling. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!
