CBD Boutique

I went to CBD Boutique at Cottonwood for the first time today. My friends and my husband have highly recommended the staff and their products for sometime now. It is not only a beautiful store with lovely displays, but Amber was very kind and generous with her knowledge of their products. She was very patient with my many questions and had several very helpful suggestions. She is proud of their products and has been well-trained in what each can do and may not in every instance, to help a variety of individuals. I loved this store until today when I found out they will not stand behind their products. I have been using the same tincture for almost a year and the last bottle I purchased looked and smelled different and the taste was awful. Way different than the many previous times I had purchased. They finally agreed to exchange it for a new bottle “as a favor” to me but the new bottle is just the same. They would not refund my money and said the difference is due to the fact this is a natural product.

Great place. The staff is very knowledgeable. She was friendly and helpful. They even had CBD for your dog.

Wow what a pleasant experience. We just found out one of our dogs has bladder cancer. In addition to prescription medications, the vet said he might benefit from CBD oil. I have never purchased or used CBD oil. The young lady in the store showed us the many options, calculated the dossage based on our dog's body weight. She was so kind and made the purchase easy and smooth. She signed us up for rewards and explained the program. The store was extremely clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Great experience- try it if you need CBD products.

Products are very high quality. I’ve been visiting since they’ve opened. I work next door so I have easy access to it. Team is knowledgeable and friendly. Not intimidating. Feel free to ask questions and they’ll advise you. Highly recommend!
