I have to say, these guys are amazing! They will take the time to make sure that you have the best product for your needs with the absolute most kindness, patience and compassion I have ever experienced. Without them I would not have been able to get what I needed for my daughter.

I went in for cbd oil for my pup. I was sold treats for a 40 lb dog and told one whole treat was fine for a puppy. Yes, I opened the treats but my puppy who eats almost anything absolutely refused one. I tried multiple times. I would have exchanged for oil and put on something more palatable but even though it's only been a couple days, it wasn't allowed. I would have given them future business.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Whether on the phone or in person, they always take the time to answer all your questions. We shop here for our senior dogs and ourselves.

I went in to this wonderful little shop and received the very best customer service!! I don't remember the young ladies name but she was amazing. Very knowledgeable also!! The shop was clean and calm and soothing. I'm going back for sure!!!

I'm new to this and was shopping for my fiancee. They initially did not have what she wanted and when Kim gave me a few different alternatives I had no idea what she meant...lol. Kim agreed to let me call my fiancee and Kim talked to her on the phone and after a few minutes we had an order. Kim was extremely patient and courteous. Thank you so much Kim!
