Had a good experience with staff, I had several questions and they were able to answer them in a friendly manner. It only took 24 hours to get my card.

Very easy to work with. I got my appointment one week later, and did not have a long wait time upon arrival. I was in at 12:30, and walking out with my approval packet at 1:15. They also gave me a military discount! The Dr was very informative and listened to my questions and concerns. I will def come back, and yes I recommend this place!

I called to ask about how I can get my medical card renewed and pricing and the girl that answered said it was over $100 I told her I thought they would be cheaper and instead of going through more options she hung up on me! Why would she get upset instead of just saying that their prices are higher! If she does this to the people that call can you Imagine how many people and customers they lose

The physician dr Ilha Jones was supposed to fwd my information to NM department of health Cannabis medical program, it was not done on Apr 2023 when I renew my medical card, causing me to be unable to update my medical patient portal website and my medical card has expired , very poor customer service, I would not recommend any patient to come to this office which overcharged and do not take care their medical customers
