Excellent place so friendly and go out of their way to help customers. The two girls who run it are the most amazing people I've stopped buying my cigarettes at major stores because Havana has great deals and such amazing service. Place is dope, vibes are great! My favorite person is James with the red hair though, great customer service and keeps a smile on your face while informing you on every great aspect of not just the shop but the products as well. Highly recommend going to and experiencing! Dopest dope I ever came to get stuff for my smoke 😂🔥

After visiting a dozen smoke shops in town, my partner and I were so impressed by this one! Clean and welcoming shop with an excellent selection, reasonable prices and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was also nice to finally find a shop with some testers so we were confident in picking a product we liked. Shelby went above and beyond helping us and this will definitely be our regular smoke shop from now on!

Just stopped thru this spot that a friend in the area recommended while driving to Phoenix from El Paso. James went above and beyond service wise and was shockingly quick getting to the door considering the time. I'm not one for middle of the night conversation but he did an excellent job answering the questions I asked. 100% recommend this place to anyone living in the area or passing thru!!!

This is my go-to smoke shop! They have everything I need, the customer service is top-notch, AND IT’S SO CLEAN!! It’s incredibly convenient that they are open 24/7 and they’re always open to listening to suggestions about more products to bring in that you might need. For being a new shop, already recommend this place 10/10 to all my fellow humans!!
