This has to be best dispensary experience I've had since I first moved into Fresno I've been to a few places some elegant some simple but this place had that stoner vibe and it fix perfectly, the staff amazing 🤘👍 Melynna H was so cool she didn't rush me and from the start worked with my budget and made the experience awesome couldn't have went smoother and the place was not busy, again thank you Higher Level my new go to spot and thanks Melynna for being so helpful and understanding awesome visit. Ps. Ask for deals and i myself got a dab bar for its regular price and the second for 1$ whatttt!!! Awesome people awesome dispensary would recommend 10/10

Stoped by for the first time , I was greeted immediately upon entry , everyone was so nice and informative. The security guard and the front desk clerk were very sweet and helpful. The lady who helped me was the best ! She informed me about the deals they offer and gave suggestions & recommendations , great customer service! Thanks Glenda ! They have a huge variety of Different Brands & products! They also have every day deals !! Will definitely be returning!💚✅

This place is simply the best! Great ladies, serving up the best CA has to offer. Great beats playing in this cool store. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, friendly security. I come here 3 times a week. Keep up the good work! Love you guys ❤️

Highly recommend this store! Their pcf brand is always fire and they have good priced cart and pre rolls! The bud tenders are all super nice and helpful! Their larger quantities are typically fully stocked and decently priced.

My husband bought weed yesterday for his birthday, the woman sold hom a broken jar of joints, he unfortunately didn't realize until he got all the eay home. He went in tonight to exchange the damaged product only for the manager to tell him that her girl wouldn't sell damaged product. Im all for managers sticking up for their employees l, however, to just assume he was lying and it was simply impossible that she didn't check the product before bagging is kind of BS and rude. I dont want any employees getting fired over this. But you need to remind your staff to check product every single time before bagging it. Also, check the items yourself before leaving the store. I highly suggest bringing it up to a manager if this happens to you.

This spot is legit! Been to a few places in town but digging the super chill vibes in here. Glenda was super helpful and took her time explaining all the deals and promotions, as well as options while shopping. Def my new spot :)

Higher culture provided a very friendly experience. I love their layout, it allows you to browse without the pressure of feeling like you have to know what you order. I will definitely be coming back due to their great selection!

Great experience for the two visits. Everything is neat and open to look at. The smell boxes are not that helpful but it's okay I found my way around.
