Wow, I don’t know where to begin let’s start with the service, AMAZING to say the least! All the staff were very attentive and ready to help with all my needs! They put me on to the best new hookah flavors I’ve ever tried and kept it as real as can be! I will definitely be back!

In 2024, you think that an establishment would be more accommodating. I called on a Saturday evening and spoke to a rude associate. My request was fairly simple. I asked if i could cash app or Apple Pay the associate for the items i wanted and send a Uber package to have the items delivered to me. Since i do not drive. The associate was so rude and refused. I said okay, well can i tell you what i want, so that you can have my items already gathered so the Uber driver could just come in and pay. He still refused !!!! Like EXCUSE ME! It’s 2024 !! I have Uber packed all kind of items, clothes for concerts, liquor, Apple chargers, tv remotes, shoes, hair styling products, EVERYTHING. This location needs to become more innovative, and honestly I’m giving you a lucrative way to accommodate your costumers. Check your POS system there is a way to text invoices have the customer pay for the items and how hard is it for an associate to do their job and gather the items! They don’t even have to leave the store!!!!! This use to be my favorite smoke shop but after today, they will no longer be gettin business from me or anyone i know. After i tell everyone how rude and unrealistic this location was, who turns away money in 2024!!!!!!!

I come here a lot and always have great service but today I was greeted by CASSIE who abruptly told me i couldn’t use my vape for 10% off although i’ve been doing that for the last 20 times I’ve been here. When I explained that to her, she said well “they been doing it wrong.” She side eyed me and walked to the back and treated me so disrespectfully. If that’s the rule then fine…. but to speak to me so ugly and rude when I spend probably too much money here was out of line. I also observed how disrespectful she was towards to the two kind employees who were there. The gentleman who rung my order up was sweet enough to apologize for her. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Awesome place! I came here with my wife in search of a detox and the guy (Rashid) was great and helpful! Come to this place for anything smoke!
