This place is not in business to help customers only to help themselves!! I purchased a Smok tank from them that leaked from the day I got it. I asked for store credit they would give it. Then the manager Rachel walked in and totally ignored the issue and walked out on me while I was talking to her. I was extremely generous, I was positive and wasn't rude in any way. I have worked with many Vape Shops and the y always do good business with the customers because you want them to return. I don't recommend this location or any other Xhale City location to anyone because that is not a business you want to deal with. I know they will try to convince me to remove this comment and I will not because I gave them a opportunity to fix this and they didn't. So if you want to spend your money with a vape shop do it elsewhere! They have no exchange or refund visible but nothing about store credit!!!

Selection wasn't great, and I'm surprised by how rude the employee 'helping' me was. I'm not coming back.

Garbage return policy - even on unused products. The sales associate talked over me and ignored what I was asking for, tried to upsell me numerous times, and tried to sell me something way over budget. I ended up buying what they recommended, only to get home and realize it’s not at all what I was looking for. This is how I learned I only had 24 hours to make the return… Absolute scam of a shop - don’t recommend shopping at this location, especially if you’re a woman - they will just assume you’re an idiot. Head over to the North Springs location far more friendly and helpful.

These guys are the best. Amazing selection, good prices and cool people. A few weeks back they even fronted me a dollar when I was short! Exceptional service obviously 👏

Came here to buy a glass piece and specified to the employee I was looking for a water piece. I picked out what I thought was a bubbler and the employee never corrected me. I got home and realized I t’s just an obscurely shaped pipe that I wouldn’t have bought if he had told me it wasn’t what I was looking for. Disappointing.
