Customer service great, but Runtz edible gummie products.. zero rating. So disappointed after driving 45 mins to get gummies that I'm still waiting to feel the effects of from yesterday, and have eaten 4 now. I have NEVER no matter where I purchase, ATL, Cali, Denver, DC, Vegas, AZ have I had to eat a WHOLE gummy, or any treat to feel effects. After 4 of these, I have felt absolutely nothing. $50 wasted. This was my second time purchasing at the NBWSM. The first bag of candies I got my first visit was amazing, and I only had to pitch off a small piece to feel the effects, so much so that if I ate a whole piece, I would be wayyyy over my limit. This time, I feel like I came home with two bags of grocery store gummies and bamboozled. EDIT: I called, texted, and sent a picture of the product with these concerns to the number in which I spoke with someone while in route there on yesterday. Got no response. You also said that you had specific products while I was on the phone in route, only to arrive 30mins later to not have those products. Your response to this says a lot within itself. So, while you expect one to resolve issues by phone before rating your business publicly, it would be a great idea to respond by phone before customers would have the opportunity to post here. I'm sure you will stand by your other products, but I'm SURE you won't restock those Runtz Gummies. I stand by the rating for the product. Good luck with your business. Have an incredible day!
