I recently visited Xhale City and had an unfortunate experience with one of the workers, Alexis. It was the first time that I visited this shop so I was walking around looking at the inventory. I didn't notice the very small sign that said "please do not walk in the middle" and Alexis told me, "An excellent way to get kicked out is by walking through the middle." and proceeded to roll her eyes. This comment was unexpected, unnecessary, and unwelcoming, making me feel uncomfortable during my visit. Instead of saying "hey please dont walk in the middle because...(inserts reason or not)" She decided that being rude was the way to go... She then mentioned that the owners were Indian and strict, which was also unnecessary and made me feel like there was some sort of racial prejudice at play. I did not need to know the race of the owner as this was irrelevant information to what was happening. With today's racial climate, this is a big no no. My brother let her know that I didn't know about this store rule and that it was not done on purpose and he also tried to change the topic during our visit by asking her about the products, because it was getting a little heated on both of our parts as i felt disrespected. It does seem like she is a valuable and knowledgeable worker... However, the customer service is horrible. The way that she treated me alone makes me never want to come back and shop here. I hope the management addresses this issue, as a more friendly and professional approach would significantly improve the customer experience.

5 out of 5 stars. Love this smoke shop, they have everything I’ve ever needed. Everyone is so helpful and really makes sure you understand your items if you really do have questions. Also love the little ducks they have everywhere, gives the place a fun feel!!!!
