Disappointing Experience!!! I've been a regular customer at this smoke shop. However, the customer service has consistently been below par. The staff and owner doesn't seem to prioritize their customers or value loyalty. I'm done giving this place my business and will be taking it elsewhere where customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Always satisfied at my local Just Smoke but I wanna give a cool welcome to their newest member Dymire. I came in on Monday and he helped me with my usual goodies and sold me on some new products that I am very happy with 😊. Great customer service,see ya next trip!

I went to the shop on April 8th. This by far was one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. I don’t usually come to this location, but I’m happy that I did because I’ve now switched. Dymire was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He explained and broke things down to me very well.

Stopped by to see the Geek bar flavors they had in stock, only to learn from the guy there (face tattoos) that they released a new device with more pulls & a nicer digital display than the original version. Store is clean, has a good selection of smoker necessities, & customer service was A1!

I bought a faulty product that I asked to return the very next day and they did not allow. Literally the packaging of the product said that it was touch activated and then the back of the box said to press the button. The product had NO button! Called and sales person was even able to confirm the product was faulty as well since they had a few more of them on their shelves. No return or exchanges were given to me. Instead I was told to just purchase another one at a discount. Why would I pay for the price of 2?? Extremely disappointing.
