Staff is always friendly and helpful! Even when the customer goofs, lol. You guys are great!

It used to be an amazing vape store but now the workers are getting dumber and dumber and don't know anything, their new girl who didn't know anything had to call the owner about everything, it's getting ridiculous, they can't seem to keep regular employees long enough to learn their job or don't train them properly, sad I use to love this store , tell the newest girl to turn down the music so she can actually hear you talk about what you need , it's not a party stop it's a vape store 🤣😂 so unprofessional

Sell their customers defective products and won’t even make an exchange less than 24 later for a working product without a receipt (that was never given). Showed them the transaction on my statement with exact amount, date, and time, still no interest in making things right. I’ve spent a lot of money in this place over the years and they chose to lose a good customer over a $27 defective product. I won’t be back and will spread the word.

The remarkably welcoming and friendly fellow who helped me was not only very knowledge regarding all my questions but was also very helpful and had good recommendations! I will definitely be back to this place! 🙂
