This place is like entering into another world, a paradise of soothing music and relaxation. RaChelle was my therapist and she was amazing! Very kind, considerate, and professional. She took her time to explain the services and answered all my questions. I actually fell asleep during the massage it was so relaxing. All of the ladies there were very nice and friendly, and professional. I have had the pleasure of meeting Angel as well and could tell how she is passionate about her business and how much she cares about her staff and clientele, and that passion trickles down and shines through all of the ladies there. Highly recommend. I would give it 10 stars if I could..lol

Love the love offered at this spa. Its so warm and inviting. The owner is amazing and Rochelle is the best massage therapist in the whole wide world. I highly recommend you treat yourself at natural high. You will truly walk away with a natural high.

I experienced something I never ever thought about. I met Angel at a Business show case. She educated me about Colon cleansing. Gearing up for a colonoscopy, I thought I'd give it a try. Happy I did, as I felt better, been regular afterward and don't have much to clean out for the procedure, I left it all at Natural High Wellness. I love Angel's passion and knowledge about what she does. I highly recommend this establishment. I added a funny pic I took while on the table going through this experience 😂😂😂😂

The online booking system didn’t work and I called and left a voicemail over a week ago never got a return call and then when I finally got Caitlin on the phone it was clear she could care less about getting me in during my visit to Kansas City. Instead she was overly excited to tell me that this is the busiest time of year and it’s very hard to get in…she had to repeat it three or four different times while barely giving me a chance to speak. I will not be returning to this clinic as a result of her. My last experience was quite enjoyable and I did look forward to returning on my visit to Kansas City.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but their online booking doesn't work and when I called no one answered after several calls during business hours throughout the day. I tried again to call a few weeks later & after asking to book got hung up on immediately. Probably best to avoid this place, does not bode well.
