This smoke shop is the best I've ever seen and I work from state to state all over. They have everything that you might ever think off. The guys who own the place are very friendly and nice. They will give you time to assist you and make sure you leave satisfied with the products you purchased. I highly recommend this smoke shop.

The guy that was working, Perry I believe his name is, was super nice and helpful.

I called before I went there (which was about 20 minutes before they closed and it would take me approx 15 minutes to arrive) to make sure they had the item I was looking for, which they did.

I told him that I was trying my hardest to make it there before they closed and he said "don't worry about it, just get here safely and I won't mind waiting to close up".

I arrived right at closing time and sure enough, he was there waiting on me with a friendly smile and a nice greeting.

He showed me the 2 options he had available for the item I needed and then showed me to the counter to check out.

While we were standing there chatting, I informed him that I needed this item due to a recent fire that destroyed my home. (Now, keep in mind, I was ONLY making small talk, I WAS NOT trying to get anything out of it for my benefit.)

After hearing my story, he expressed his deepest sympathy for my situation and then proceeded to give me a $5 discount on my total purchase amount!

The whole experience, from my original call inquiring about the item I was looking for, to him staying open for me just to ensure that I arrived safely and then the amazing customer service, was absolutely unforgettable! I HIGHLY recommend this store to all of my friends and to all of you who took the time to read my review!!
