First time in Smoke Tokz today and boy I tell you what!! AMAZING SERVICE 🙂 the gentleman behind the counter was very informative with all products!

I had never been here before, there was a guy working, he was super pissy and annoyed that he had a customer walk in, he acted like he wanted me to hurry up and get out

When I walked in the door I was greeted by Kylee. And she was happy to see me even though we'd never met. And I thought that was just awesome. And I had a few questions because I couldn't remember the name exactly of what I was looking for and I. Barely described it like if I was a four-year-old describing something. And she knew exactly what I was talking about. And it literally blew my mind to the point. They had to call in a clean up service to clean my brains off the wall.

First experience, lady at the front desk was super sweet, helped me look at a few things and found what I wanted, I went to ask MIKE THE GENERAL MANAGER if there was wiggle room and he was mad and said it was already marked down 20 percent, so I asked if there was any room for negotiation and he started to get louder and louder following me to the station as I tried to just check out the items the lady helped me with, 0-10 never have I ever would have spoken to a first time customer yet alone talk with aggressive tone following them down there back, god bless
