Raylene was THE nicest employee I have ever interacted with. She was so insanely sweet and talked to me/made me so comfortable the entire time. She recommended me products based off my personal experience and was so helpful oh my gosh.

I’m truly not one to write reviews, good or bad. In fact, I’ve never felt the need to until now. Best Buds is genuinely the best business in Omaha. I moved here about three years ago and haven’t gone anywhere else since. A few days ago, my grandpa passed away. I’ve never been more of a mess in my entire life. After spending the day bawling, I knew I needed something to help me get through the evening and process my grief. So, I went to the best business in Omaha. I was a dollar short for the product I wanted and was about to just leave and cry in my car. The owner (I believe) noticed me counting my ones and said, “It’s alright, I’ll cover the difference.” His calm reassurance and genuine kindness completely stopped me in my tracks. I don’t know if he could tell how broken I felt that day or if he’s just that good of a person, but he truly helped me. I walked out of that store breathing and smiling more than I had all day. His compassion went far beyond the product he sells. And this wasn’t even the first time something like this happened at Best Buds. Once, after one of the worst days of work I’ve ever had, I stopped in completely defeated. When he asked how my day was, I just broke down and told him everything. After listening, he handed me a job application and told me to stop doing something I didn’t love. I wanted to work for him so badly, but instead I took his advice to heart. Now I’m working as a para and earning my teaching degree. Despite the grief I’m facing now, I can honestly say I’ve never been happier or more fulfilled. Every single person I’ve met at this shop is incredible. Even though I shared stories about one employee, every staff member has made me smile in one way or another. I’ve never walked into any other business and left every single time feeling better than when I came in. Moral of the story: little acts of kindness go a long way, you are never alone, and there’s not a business in Omaha that cares more about people than Best Buds.

Very sad that this is my home town’s marijuana store. Poor selection. Inconsistent quality. Prices that are criminally high for the products and services provided. And poor customer service… you sell weed for Christ’s sake… smile… be friendly… be helpful… sell me some good weed!! Staff is often dismissive, avoidant, or flat out rude. The security guys are pleasant but that doesn’t get me stoned!! Want advice? Go to Kent Reserve in Millington MD. Sooooo much better in every way.

Security guy was so nice! The guy behind the counter however needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I asked a simple question, which a kind no would have sufficed, however this guy decided that my question was such an offence to him that he belittled us.

BestBuds is definitely the worst dispensary in Delaware. They have 2 eighths and 1 preroll in stock today. 99% of their products are Marimed/Thrive MSO. They are probably secretly owned by Thrive. Knowing this place took licenses away from more thoughtful operators makes it worse. One preroll is not providing service to the local community. At some point you have to realize they were chosen out of a lottery to provide a service, and are not fulfilling that duty. File a complaint with the Delaware OMC and get this place on their radar ASAP. OMC told me to file adverse action complaint. Absolute joke of an operation. Who is funding this place? They paid $200K for conversion license too. Some MSO is probably bankrolling them to control supply at the main spots. ONE PREROLL FOR MED+REC?! LOL. The fact it even got to that point should give you a hint about what's going behind the scenes here. Go anywhere else, and I guarantee your needs will be of more concern than they are here. As of now, this place only exists to make the other weak choices appear better. They must be paying for reviews because a 1-review account after this review just wrote "they have a lot of options" like what? No they definitely don't that person has clearly never stepped a foot inside of the place. It's gotta be a front for something else or some MSO's loss leader because they have absolutely zero interest in stocking a great selection of products to provide to their local community.

BestBuds Dispensary never misses! The vibes are always on point — chill, welcoming, and full of good energy every time I stop by. The customer service is outstanding; the staff actually takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. And the music? Always a perfect match for the mood. Great place!! Super comfortable inside! They could do a little better with the seating....most of the chairs inside are bar stool like chairs which can be uncomfortable if your waiting for longer periods! Other than that staff was wonderful and great selection available!

Ryan and Travis are great. My dad has cancer and was looking for something to help him sleep. Ryan took the time to go thru everything and explain it to my dad while Travis was answering all the questions I had. Great people. Great place. Super friendly. Highly recommend.

I've had the best experiences at this location. They offer books to read about the different terpenes while you wait. But I've never had to wait long. Everyone is so friendly and I make it in and out quickly.

These individuals are fantastic! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to discuss potential alternative treatments for pain management and sleep support. I definitely recommend them and I'll be going back!
