This is the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Omaha. They always have exactly what I’m looking for, and a huge selection if I want to try something new; Dee typically works the front counter, and is extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the products, which isn’t always the case at other smoke shops. I’ve brought friends here who typically go to their own favorite shops, but they always end up coming back to this one for the product selection in particular. The location, customer service, wide range of products, and ambience, all merit a 5/5.

This place is trash. I would find a different place to buy from! There are plenty of better places than this. They sold me a faulty product that wouldn't charge. The lady at the front had the worst customer service in Omaha. Basically if you have a bad product they don't care. She asked for proof of purchase which I showed her and she then proceeded to act like it wasn't good enough.

It was going good at first, but went south quick! Half my fault, and, well, i don't want to get the kid in trouble, cuz he was only trying to do his customer right. You know, "Customer Relations". I think? Anyways, i was quoted wrong, and i knew he was low, but i went along with it, it was a little more. That was cool, got me excited for a minute, but no harm done. It's when i got home! My glass had a crack in it! I know, i know! I should have inspected it closer, and i feel, he should of too! I shouldn't have to inspect it for imperfections! It's your product you want to sell at a good price;for a quality product; by a professional Sales Rep! AM I RIGHT? Well, 2 out of 3, ain't bad! (Say's Meatloaf)

I really enjoy coming to this smoke shop. I moved to Omaha about a year and a half ago and got tired of the high Price's for cigarette's in the area so I stopped in. Now a year and half later I am switching from cigarette's to vaping and their selection is so vast. The woman that works the night shift is awesome big switch from the other gentleman that was kinda not wanting to be there. We have been here for 20 minutes doors were locked with a sign saying be back in 10 minutes let's do better.

I just got a disposable dab pen and the tape was not on the box. That was red flag number one. I open the box anyways and the plastic cap isn’t on the pen or anywhere in the box. Red flag number two. Regardless, I go to take a hit and it’s literally already dead. I’ve been buying this same brand for months and it always comes decently if not fully charged, capped, and taped shut. I will not be going back, given that there are so many other smoke shops nearby that I have never had problems with.
