This is the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Omaha. They always have exactly what I’m looking for, and a huge selection if I want to try something new; Dee typically works the front counter, and is extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the products, which isn’t always the case at other smoke shops. I’ve brought friends here who typically go to their own favorite shops, but they always end up coming back to this one for the product selection in particular. The location, customer service, wide range of products, and ambience, all merit a 5/5.

This place is trash. I would find a different place to buy from! There are plenty of better places than this.

They sold me a faulty product that wouldn't charge. The lady at the front had the worst customer service in Omaha. Basically if you have a bad product they don't care. She asked for proof of purchase which I showed her and she then proceeded to act like it wasn't good enough.
