So far so good. Fair prices for E-Liquid, a wide variety of flavors to choose from. They even offer sample packs to try them out, before you buy in bulk. Definitely will order again!

Best place ever. They have the best prices in the staff is very polite. They are willing to work with you no matter what. They are open to the public for anyone that wants to know. I highly recommend going and checking them out.

Disgusting customer service. Super rude. Too many other vape stores to shop at to be able to get away with this service. Asked for some help since my order was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days and ended up taking 8 days. I reached out one day before it ended up being delivered to see if they had any updates. They told me it wasn’t their issue. $150 order with $35 in shipping. Don’t make the same mistake I did! **update: since reading the other reviews below it looks like the customer services is notoriously bad and has been bad for a while. Shop at your own risk and pray you don’t need a return or have any issues, otherwise you’re screwed.

I ordered 3 Rare Mega disposable vapes. I paid $34.95 for 1-2 day shipping. I ordered on Dec 24, and received the items on Jan 2. Even allowing for the holidays, that's unacceptable. I ordered 1 Watermelon Gummy Bear and 2 Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum. I emailed customer service as soon as I opened the Watermelon Gummy vape, because it didn't work at all. VCG's response was that they would be happy to send out another one with my next order. I emailed them back to clarify... were they refusing to replace the defective item unless I placed another order? They replied "It is standard procedure to send replacements in the next order here at VCG. It helps streamline the replacement process making sure no one is forgotten." I replied and asked again, are you saying that you will not replace it unless I place another order with you? They've never responded. Since then, I've opened 1 of the 2 other vapes. It worked... for about half a day. I haven't bothered to try the 3rd one yet. So for $80, I've gotten a half day of use, and might possibly get more when I try the third one. Don't waste your money.
