If you’re looking for a smoke shop that’s stocked with inventory that you can’t find anywhere else with unbeatable prices. you need to stop here. I was welcomed with the upmost customer service and was guided through the variety of products. Literally a game changer while in miami. My go to place, never will go anywhere else. Miami Cloudz is the best kept secret in Miami. The secret is out. They have an incredible selection and the best prices in Florida that I have seen. The staff is amazing and helpful and the quality is top tier. Ask for Sal or Speedy and they will take amazing care of you.

I recently visited this smoke shop and purchased a menthol e-liquid. After finishing my old one, I added the store-recommended menthol liquid, only to find that it had no menthol flavor at all. I went back to the store to exchange it for something better, but the employee refused to call the manager or owner to address the issue. The lack of customer service was incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of other shops in the area, so I won't be returning here. If you encounter a defective product, don't expect them to honor your purchase—better to take your business elsewhere.
