WORST SHOP in the twin cities hands down. I’ve been very loyal to this shop for 4 months now, going in every other day. I have now had 1 loon vape that simply had no hit to it at all after purchasing and 2 delta carts that do not screw in. The people who work here know absolutely nothing and say “clean your pen and it’ll be fine” but no, I have old carts that screw on just fine even after extensive cleaning of this thing it doesn’t work. Do not waste your money at this place. They have no idea what they are doing and will just rip you off. Hopefully will be shut down within a year anyway. This is just pathetic and ridiculous. Go to literally any other shop around.

They say scam, but they wont take returns for dud products. Several other reviews report the same issue with many products from this place never having the battery working and not doing returns. This is there response to that, which should tell you everything you need to know. It's a bad shop with high prices and low customer service. Ever since they changed attendants their service has drastically decreased in quality.

I usually like coming here I’ve never had a problem till tonight. When I come I usually get help from one of the two girls. There was also white guy that helped me really nice. Tonight when I walk in I was thirsty so I stopped by the drink I wanted the mango Snapple I grab it and when I flipped it over to look to see if everything looked good I see a settlement at the bottom so I look at the expiration. It had expired Nov 23 how gross is that I didn’t trust anything else in there. I walk up to pay for some cigars I had to speak first before I was even acknowledged I go to pay for my items and the guy says where drink (Indian guy) I said I didn’t get one he just at me I pay ad leave. I parked right in front the guy goes to the cooler and looks through all the drink as if I stole gotta be because I’m black I had my uniform on with my name it smh but yeah I won’t be back

Been coming here for 3+ years but suddenly today they couldn’t sell me anything cause my DL didn’t look like me…I’ll just drive somewhere else but weird I came here a month ago with no problem

Decent selection but I noticed that I pay 14 percent tax on everything, drinks? Glass products?? CBD? Nah none of those should have that tax rate and it's just them pocketing the extra we pay. Shady.
