I love when an employee or store is willing to send you elsewhere or show a more cost effective product to save the customer a dollar! It really shows they care about the customer. That type of service creates loyalty, and consistency creates brand loyalty. Great job! I recommend GNC to those looking for supplements or those who have questions regarding such.

Unacceptable profanity - As a long time customer of GNC in Forest Lake, I've always had great service from the staff- until Saturday 10/10/20 when I experienced unprofessional language and a lack of service. I was told there was no cash to give me $15 change from my purchase, so he would have to give me it all in quarters. I told him no, I did not want $15 in quarters, so I would just put it on the credit card. At that point, he proceeded to express his frustration by using profanity - using the "F word" numerous times as he vented. I ended up leaving with no purchase and I will no longer make purchases from GNC Forest Lake!

It's more of a 3.5 but I want to start drinking protein shakes because sometimes when I work so early in the morning I just don't take a break because when I finally do get to do it in almost done and want to just eat at home. Heard about GNC from my boyfriend and went there. The person who was working there was very helpful to everyone else. We had told him to go ahead and take care of the man who was already in there while we looked. When the man finally left he really didn't come over at all as I'm walking around trying to understand everything. So I ended up buying some lean bars that I'm not even liking at all and my boyfriend got a different kind of energy drink he doesn't normally get because they don't supply the one he always uses. I'm not saying it was a bad time and everything and I think this guy was very knowledgeable in everything. I just wish he would have come over and helped us out after the gentleman left. Maybe this review will change.

I usually purchase my supplements online because of the wide range of options. I also haven’t visited a GNC in quite some time but I visited this location and Brandon was so helpful and down to earth. He was by far one of the most friendliest and knowledgeable associates I've encountered. He did not come off pushy Nor did he try to sell me on things that I did not want or need. He simply listened to my wants and needs and only pitched products related to what I asked. He definitely deserves a raise or some kind of Recognition.

Employee’s name was Brian. Very helpful, friendly, and informative. Seemed to actually care about his customers. Not just another cashier just trying to make a sale and move on to the next customer . This will definitely be the GNC I choose in the future and I recommend it to anyone else.
