NEVER OPENS ON TIME they say they open at 9 nope THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE OPENING

I am a loyal custom and rewards member here or used to be. I purchased a vape device, brought it home and it would not charge. I asked for an exchange and they said they don't return anything with no exceptions. Won't be returning to this store ever again.

Great store, great service. Asked for and bought the wrong pods, came back, and the guy helped me get the right ones for no extra charge. Highly recommend this place.

Lacey is honestly some of the best customer service I've received anywhere! She took the time to help me pick out a new vape, and her advice was spot on! I wasn't even planning on buying a new device, but I'm so happy that I did. Very grateful for the Rockstar service!
