Best shop! Good deals and they have a lot of options here, the girl with a lot of tattoos she’s really nice and good customer service. I will be coming back here!

After tonight we're done going back here unless the chick with lime green and blonde hair ain't there, she was nice when we we're there but then charged us for an extra grinder that we did not want. We only picked out two grinders, two bubblers and a storage jar. When we called to see if something could be done about the extra grinder that we did not she tried saying we picked it out when we didn't, it was up at the counter when we got there. She said on the phone that there was nothing she was going to do about the mess up and that we wanted it, we not happy about it and nor did we deserve the disrespect that we got over the phone even though she was nice in store you get a whole different version on the phone. The green, yellow, red grinder is the one we didn't want and she charged us for it. We'll take our business elsewhere if we're going to be disrespected about a mistake the employee made.

Yesterday I bought a roll of cougar wintergreen long cut. I get home and noticed they accidentally gave me pouches instead of the long cut. Today I went back to exchange for what I wanted and they would not exchange for what I asked for and wanted. I will be going elsewhere from now on I guess
