Cool place wish they had maybe cheaper equivalent of some of there expensive items don't know if it's even possible. Don't know anyone who buys a 600 bong. Still found a gift and they were very helpfull.

Absolutely no refunds----The girl running the store July 12th stepped out side of the Box and returned my nectar collector that was completly unused/clean and bought less than an hour before I returned it. Of course we just switched it out however it's not always the case at many smoke shops where I live. I wish I remembered her name so I could drop it here however the new collector worked so well I was so high I forgot I even went to this place until I saw Google asking for this review, I just remembered was gorgeous and had great Coustomer service. I hope the owner give her some profit sharing for making them rich one day 😉

Lady behind desk was very dismissive and rude. I will never buy anything from this place. The staff has no customer service at all. Yelling for me to leave after I became frustrated with being shown no courtesy!!!

I’ve been going to this store since it opened. The employees have always been mediocre but they always had what I wanted. I went in today and there was some other people in there chatting up the employees and getting all their questions answered. Once the group left the kindest girl ever comes up and helps me out. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the items I was buying. As I was leaving the girl admired my bad and told the guy employee and the guy started complimenting it too. Overall amazing energy today 8/8! Keep those two employees!!

I am only speaking on one employee. He didn’t want to give me his name. But he wears a beanie and he has long hair, and he looks very young to be working in smoke shop. But I do want to say that the young man is very rude to Black people when they come into the shop. And I did not like his response of me, showing my ID, try to say it was fake when I am not from this city. when I asked for a manager, he said the manager is not here and I need to come back Another time. All I’m saying, with my review is that the young man Do not need to be working at a place where that he is rude to black and brown people.
