This week I was looking for a device, I called around everywhere smoke smoke shop in Tampa and Wesley chapel and everyone was either rude or giving me the run around. I finally was like well let me call green planet , I called and nice gentlemen answered and he told me all the info I need. He also referred me to call another green planet because his store did not carry the color I needed. I went along and called this location and KAT the store manger was so kind she took her time and explained the PUFF CO options they had in store. I was able to go to the store and get what I needed and it was a relief . Thank you to KAT and the guy at the New Tampa location for all your help ! Customer Service was ideal.
