I specifically said, when I went to the shop, I don't want live resin, because it constantly cloggs. I asked for a recommendation and was given live resin ( my fault I didn't check I guess) Got it home and couldn't get it to work at all. Charged it, blew in it, all the things.bCouldn't have been more than two hours and I brought it back to the shop. I explained again I don't want live resin. I hadn't got a single hit out if it cus I couldn't make it work. The owner was called and said absolutely no refund. 65 bucks in the trash (product+ 20% Tip. Yeah, no.) it's a shame cus its a local shop and I'd love to support but no. I wouldn't go back with a policy like that. I will update this post if I'm refunded, they have all the information from me they need and will be refunded by the manufacturer anyway. So stay tuned if you are in the area. In the meantime - walk another few blocks toward the center to a Much Better shop.
