This place has everything on display behind glass. This business like many of other businesses have lied about the theft problem. It's been proven that adding items behind glass and making them unaccessible causes a increase in cost disproportionate to the value. Do not shop here. Do not go here, you will find better value for your money at better situated businesses.

Edit: thank you for the response and I was shocked as well because it's never been that extreme and I thought it was odd. I do appreciate the response and trying to make it right for me. Back to 5 stars! You guys are awesome!
I come in here several times a month to get kratom for the last 2 years but lately everytime I get a kilo of kratom I find hair in it and it's more and more everytime. I just got another kilo and if I keep finding it I will no longer buy from this location. I know sometimes kratom can have stringy leaf parts in it where it wasnt grinded up enough but what I am finding is definitely hair. Other then that recently happening it's a great store and polite staff.
