Evan was the best in the whole store! That’s saying something because it’s always a joy to go there! Everyone is so lovely, helpful and encouraging! Other dispensaries make you wait anxiously in a waiting room to be called back in order to make a purchase. This Ayr location recently remodeled the interior and made two separate lines; one for walk ins and one for online order pick up that makes it easy to quickly get what you need. They even have a drive thru!!! I would highly recommend Ayr to anyone!

I'm really disappointed. Card reader has been down for weeks. I expressed how inconvenient it has become & suggested they put a sign up so your not waiting in the drive thru for however long to be told you can't use your card. The ladies working today 1/20 thought it was a big joke of the suggestion & was talking among each other how the patients in the drive thru should get over being frustrated the card reader is down. Literally just mocking & laughing at the frustration they are had. This will be my last time visiting. I'm not ok with hearing employees talking about patients that is spending their hard earned money to get their medicine like that. Customer service should've been the first thing the employees should've thought about. Every visit before I even am handed my order I'm asked to leave a review. Well today is the day to express my review. Disappointed!!! Do better & stop laughing at the patients whom are there to pick up their medicine.

I walked in and the store was a little busy Kaitlyn greeted me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. She always has such a great attitude when I go in but today was the first time I had her assistance. I was a walk-in but Kaitlyn was patient and showed me some popular items. Thanks again!
