Came down from Michigan. I ran out of sleep Gummy’s and explain to Jesus what I needed. He dialed me right in. In fact the whole staff was really attentive. One of the other tenders even made a couple suggestions. Outstanding experience keep it up.

Decent options -- they used to have great prices/deals when the stores were new, but now its back to the average Ohio dispo prices. The employees are great, love the calm quiet atmosphere, and checkout is always a breeze. Shoutout to Edwin, always lovely to have you as my cashier :)

Just for the simple fact that they were working on a holiday when liter All the other stores were closed tells the story of what they are trying to convey as a culture. You could think this is greed, but as I listened to the staff talk about “what to do if” scenarios, I was blown away. It’s as though the employees were a part of the decision to work so people in need wouldn’t need to do without. Of course the bud tenders were knowledgeable and attentive, they always are but here’s the kicker, they spoke from the heart and genuinely cared about their customers, their products and how the two would interact with each other. It’s hard to imagine how I could ever go anywhere else.

Hands down the best customer service EVER! This Shangri-La store is always very clean and organized. The staff are always patient, knowledgeable, super friendly, caring and quick and efficient.
