Been there multiple time giving them another chance but their customer service continually sucked. They rush you and treat you like you are beneath them and make you feel stupid. The final straw for me was as recent as last week went in and bought a $60 product brand new took it home opened the product plugged it in and it didn’t work within an hour of the visit called the store to inform them immediately took it back and they accused us of damaging the product when it was a manufacturing defect. They did exchange the product but shouldn’t have gone through what I did and made me feel like I damaged the product when it was defective out of box. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Exceptional customer service and gave great recommendations! I was left delighted and wanting to come back. If that’s not an amazing employee I don’t know what is. Would definitely pick this place if you’re new to the area or need something quick.!!:):)

Great customer service, have called on my way late and stayed open a few extra min for me. I come in regularly every week, they know what I purchase, greet me warmly. Nice selection of vapes, pipes, trays, smoking accessories etc.
