Do not have to wait in line and he always has my prescriptions

Zero communication and very little customer service. I went in to pick a up script for my son today, on a Wednesday, that was called in Monday to only find out that the medication was not in stock. If something is out of stock, someone should pick up a phone and notify the customer so they can find it elsewhere or see if there is an alternative. While I was also there, I received a vaccination and was requested to fill paperwork out. This is the second vaccine I have had there and didn't have fill anything out. I was told the other pharmacist probably ‘fudged the paper work but they can’t in case they are audited.’ I am completely fine with filling information outs, but be consistent and make sure you are being compliant. I will not support a pharmacy the operates like this.

The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever done business with. Around May my doctor switched me to this location, which is 40 min away but was told they will send via USPS, however, they have not been able to successfully receive my prescription and get it out the door in a timely manner. Literally, EVERY month I have to call and ask when my script is going to arrive and every month I get “oops, someone must have put it in the pick up pile - I’ll make a note in your file going forward” I must have 8 notes by now saying to mail my prescription but somehow those 8 notes go ignored. They do not know how to communicate or follow instructions. I have been more than patient with their poor service but after the 8th consecutive month of having to wait an extended amount of time, multiple calls and talking to a “customer service” woman who doesn’t know how to behave professionally I will be requesting my doctor to send my prescription to a competent pharmacy.

the pharmacist here are amazing great customer service totally different than those national chain pharmacy! extremely helpful with insurance when there is an issue. I switched to this pharmacy as a recommendation from a friend after my prescription at Walgreens was on back order they had the prescription in stock AND they deliver.
